Boston Market Serves Up Success
Since joining the Give Kids The World (GKTW) family in 2008, Boston Market has demonstrated a dedication and commitment to the Village by providing fresh, nutritious meals to the families of GKTW each and every day at Katie's Kitchen.

To help raise the funds needed to run Katie's Kitchen, Boston Market developed a coupon booklet that features stories and images from the Village alongside $34 in discounts for future Boston Market purchases. Read More


Wish Father Helps Sweeten The Village
The weekly Halloween celebration at the Give Kids The World Village gives wish children and families the opportunity to participate in traditional festivities like dressing up in fun costumes, playing games and trick-or-treating.  After all, collecting an assortment of delicious candy is what kids look forward to the most during this special holiday. Kangaroo Express Hops
to the Village
In 2011, Kangaroo Express joined the Give Kids The World family. Upholding their speedy reputation, Kangaroo Express hopped down to the Village this week with a special surprise. Thanks to their incredibly successful pinup campaign, Kangaroo Express Division Vice President, Paul Moody, presented the Village with a check for over $245,000. Read More

Family Letter
To say someone has witnessed a miracle is way more farfetched than it is. Give Kids The World is represented with a symbolic key word, "miracle." Describing a vacation at this magical place is impossible to do without using the word "miracle" more than once. My family had the pleasure of accompanying my brother Joseph for six, fun-filled days at the Village in December of 2011. It is now over one year later, and we are still beaming from the everlasting joy Give Kids The World gave us. Read More

      Katies Kitchen  

Volunteer Position: Katie’s Kitchen
Thanks to the generosity of Boston Market and their customers, Katie's Kitchen serves over 80,000 meals annually to our deserving wish families. Katie's Kitchen Volunteers are responsible for taking food orders, utilizing a computerized order system, packaging orders for pick-up and delivering food orders to guest villas using a golf cart. Duties also include maintaining food-service standards set forth by Boston Market, set up and minimal clean up. Age Requirement: 16+ with a valid driver's license. Email for more information.


Fanatic Fundraiser
I scream, you scream – we all scream for ice cream! At Give Kids The World, wish families love to visit one of the most popular Village venues, a place that scoops up and serves delicious treats all day long. At the Ice Cream Palace, kids are even allowed to eat ice cream for breakfast. Only here can a child experience such a sweet delight, to start out their fun-filled days. This family-favorite activity is quintessential to the sweet GKTW experience, another fun memory for wish children to take away with them. Read more

Can I just say that I simply love going to Give Kids The World every weekend and holiday break that I get from school to volunteer. Going to Give Kids The World puts a really big smile on my face every day, just seeing all the kids and making them smile really brightens up my day. I just wish I could volunteer there every day.
